  South central Lawrence County in southeastern Illinois...

* Until 1015 PM CDT.
    
* At 950 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near St. Francisville, or 10 miles south of
  Lawrenceville, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

was located over St. Francisville, or near Vincennes, moving
northeast at 40 mph.
