NORTHEASTERN ROCK AND NORTHWESTERN NOBLES COUNTIES...

At 235 AM CDT, a severe squall line capable of producing both
tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage was located near
Lismore, or 11 miles northeast of Luverne, moving northeast at 55
mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

At 240 AM CDT, a severe squall line capable of producing both
tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage was located near
Wilmont, or 15 miles southwest of Slayton, moving east at 70 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern Nobles County.
