  was located near Mitchell, or 7 miles northwest of Scottsbluff,
  moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and hail up to two inches in diameter.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without

CENTRAL SCOTTS BLUFF AND SOUTHEASTERN SIOUX COUNTIES...
    
At 522 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Lake Alice, or 8 miles north of Scottsbluff, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and two inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR NORTH CENTRAL SCOTTS BLUFF AND
SOUTHEASTERN SIOUX COUNTIES HAS EXPIRED...
                
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning has been allowed to expire.  However small
hail, gusty winds and heavy rain are still possible with this
thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM MDT for
the Panhandle of Nebraska.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
