* At 854 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Shreve, or 9 miles northwest of Millersburg,
  moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

appears capable of producing a tornado. Therefore, the warning will 
be allowed to expire.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for
northeastern Ohio.
