FOR EASTERN JEFFERSON...LEWIS AND OSWEGO COUNTIES...

At 710 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Kring Point State Park to near Barnes Corners, 
moving northeast at 45 mph. Additional storms were over southern 
Oswego county. These storms were showing some strengthening.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
