The National Weather Service in Denver Colorado has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Logan County in northeastern Colorado...

* Until 430 PM MDT.

* At 357 PM MDT, a confirmed tornado was located 4 miles west of Twin
  Buttes, or 16 miles southeast of Sidney, moving northeast at 15
  mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northeastern Logan County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy

NORTHEASTERN LOGAN COUNTY...
    
At 416 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 5 miles northwest of Twin Buttes, or 13 miles southeast
of Sidney, moving north at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
