to begin shortly.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Tuskegee, Shorter, Franklin, Liverpool, Hardaway, Lake Tuskegee
and Cross Keys.
Additional rainfall accumulation totals of around 1 inch may occur
from showers and thunderstorms moving through the warned area
