  heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 
  0.75 to 1.25 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life-threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

At 552 PM MST, Doppler radar and reports indicated thunderstorms 
producing very heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 
inches of rain have fallen in Santa Claus Arizona in the span of 15 
minutes. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches in 1 hour is 
possible. Significant flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
shortly.

HAZARD...Life-threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

9:05pm, Oatman Highway was closed due to flooding. Flood control 
sensors recorded a water level of 3.5 feet across the Sacramento 
Wash. Continue to heed road closures.

         flash flooding.
