  heavy rain across the Short Creek Watershed. Between 0.5 and 1 
  inch of rain has fallen and additional heavy rainfall is expected. 
  Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life-threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

Creek Watershed and between 0.5 and 1 inches of rain in Colorado 
City. Flooding remains likely in Short Creek.
