The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  South central Pinal County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 245 PM MST.

* At 203 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located 17 miles 
  northwest of Saddlebrooke, or 18 miles west of Oracle, moving west 
  at 5 mph. Weak rotation is occurring in this storm. While not 
  expected, a brief landspout tornado could briefly form with this 
  storm. 

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly remote areas of
  south central Pinal County.

This includes Route 79 between mile markers 102 and 115.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

This thunderstorm is capable of producing all types of severe weather
including extremely large hail, destructive straight line winds and
tornadoes. Move quickly to a safe shelter such as an interior room, a
bathroom, closet or basement.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 PM MST
FOR SOUTH CENTRAL PINAL COUNTY...

At 227 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located 18 miles east of
Picacho Peak State Park, or 21 miles northwest of Catalina, moving 
west at 5 mph. Weak rotation is occurring in this storm. While not 
expected, a landspout tornado could briefly form with this storm. 

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly remote areas of
south central Pinal County.

This includes Route 79 between mile markers 105 and 115.

limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However gusty 
winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.
