* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
  affecting much of northeast Oklahoma, and mainly the higher 
  terrain of southeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast and southeast 
  Oklahoma and northwest and west central Arkansas.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Winds this strong can make driving difficult, 
  especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will gradually diminish this afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should exercise caution while driving.  Be alert to
sudden gusts of wind which may cause you to lose control of your
vehicle.  Extra attention should be given to cross winds and on
bridges and overpasses.
