Warning for the following rivers in Arkansas...

The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  the Mulberry River near Mulberry.
* From this morning to this evening.
* At 10:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this morning 
  and rise to a crest of 19.0 feet this afternoon. The river will 
  begin to fall later this afternoon and fall below flood stage by 
  early evening.  The river will fall to around 6 feet by early 
  Friday morning.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, agricultural and timber lands along the 
  left bank and in the vicinity of the gage begin to flood. The 
  first 7 miles of the river are subject to backwater flooding from 
  the Arkansas River. Mulberry and the area south of I-40 can be 
  affected. The river is swift and dangerous.

* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river has crested and will fall below flood stage 
  this evening. The river will fall to 6.6 feet by early Friday 
  morning.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, agricultural and timber lands along the 
  left bank and in the vicinity of the gage begin to flood. The 
  first 7 miles of the river are subject to backwater flooding from 
  the Arkansas River. Mulberry and the area south of I-40 can be
