Locally heavy rainfall is likely across portions of northeast Oklahoma and far northwest Arkansas tonight into Saturday morning. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are likely with locally higher amounts of 3 to 4 inches possible through Saturday. * In addition, rivers across northeast Oklahoma will rise over the next couple of days, with possible flooding in localized basins.
