* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce 
  visibility to one quarter mile or less. For the Small Craft 
  Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt 
  expected.

* WHERE...Nearshore Gulf waters from the Walton-Okaloosa County 
  line to the Ochlockonee River out 20 nautical miles, and 
  Nearshore Gulf waters from the Ochlockonee River to the 
  Suwannee River out 20 nautical miles.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 1 PM EST /noon CST/ 
  this afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM EST /3 
  PM CST/ this afternoon to 4 PM EST /3 PM CST/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low 
  visibility will make navigation difficult.
