CST MONDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...East winds 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected.

* WHERE...Gulf waters from the Walton-Okaloosa County line to 
  Apalachicola out 60 nautical miles.

* WHEN...From 9 AM Monday to midnight CST Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A frontal system will move across the
  marine waters on Monday and bring showers with isolated storms
  to the area. Winds (gusty at times) are expected to increase to
  advisory levels ahead of the front beginning late Monday 
  morning, with the most hazardous conditions likely in the 
  afternoon, before improving by Tues morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
