* At 1:00 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 13.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  tonight to a crest of 16.2 feet tomorrow morning. It will then 
  fall below flood stage early Friday morning.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, Spring Creek begins to overflow low lying 
  areas.
