The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has expanded the

* Flash Flood Watch to include portions of southeast Alabama and 
  Panhandle Florida, including the following areas, in southeast 
  Alabama, Dale, Henry and Houston. In Panhandle Florida, Calhoun, 
  Inland Gulf and Jackson.

* Through Wednesday evening.

* Periods of heavy rain will overspread portions of Southeast 
  Alabama and the Western Florida Panhandle today and continue into 
  Tuesday and Wednesday. The heaviest rainfall is expected tonight 
  into Tuesday, with another round possible on Wednesday. Total 
  rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are forecast, with isolated 
  higher values around 6 inches possible. These higher values over a 
  short period of time will have the potential to cause flash 
  flooding.

  and Liberty. In Panhandle Florida, Calhoun, Central Walton,

* Another round of heavy rainfall will be possible overnight
