warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen in the
last 2 Hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

rain. Water is over roads near Vernon. Between 2 and 5 inches of
rain have fallen in the last 2 Hours. Additional rainfall amounts of
3 to 5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
already occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
