....Red Flag Warning in effect from 11 am this morning through
8 pm tonight for portions of the Sacramento Valley, Northern San
Joaquin Valley, and Delta...

.Gusty north to northeast winds will develop this morning across
portions of the Sacramento Valley, Northern San Joaquin Valley,
and Delta. Strongest winds are expected this afternoon and then
diminishing during the evening. These winds, combined with low
humidity and extremely dry fuels, will lead to critical fire
weather conditions. This warning does not include the Fawn Fire
and Shasta County.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 215.Fire weather zones 216,
  217, 218, 219, 220, 266, and 267. This does not include the 
  Fawn Fire and Shasta County. 

* WIND...North to northeast wind gusts of 20 to 35 mph will 
  develop this morning. Strongest during the afternoon.

* HUMIDITY...Minimum humidity in the mid teens to low 20s.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
