  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.75 and 2.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Runoff from previous heavy rainfall will continue to 
diminish over the next few hours. Please continue to heed any road 
closures.

portions of southern Utah and southwest Utah.
