heavy rain in Capitol Reef National Park. Between 0.5 and 1 inch
of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

shortly.
