EVENING FOR THE NORTHWEST BIG COUNTRY...

The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a Red Flag
Warning for the northwest Big Country, which is in effect from 
noon today to 6 PM CST this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no 
longer in effect. 

* Wind...Southwest winds increasing to 15 to 25 mph. Gusts over 
  30 mph possible. 

* Humidity...Falling to near 20 percent

* Fuels...Extremely Dry

* Impacts...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP CAN SPREAD RAPIDLY. OUTDOOR 
  BURNING IS DISCOURAGED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
