Abilene has been reported to be out of its banks, and the stream
gauge shows that it is spiking and is up to over 10 feet. Radar
gauges report that Abilene received 1 to 2 inches in the past hour,
and close to 3 inches in the past 4 hours. Flash flooding is ongoing
or expected to begin shortly.

reported to be out of its banks, and the Cat Claw Creek stream gauge
shows that it is spiking and is up to over 10 feet. Radar gauges
report that Abilene received 1 to 2 inches in the past hour, and
close to 3 inches in the past 4 hours. There are reports of vehicles
stranded and flooded roads in Abilene. Flash flooding is ongoing.
