  North central Red River Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  Southwestern Bienville Parish in northwestern Louisiana...

* Until 230 AM CST.
    
* At 205 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Ringgold, or 24 miles south of Minden, moving east
  at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  north central Red River and southwestern Bienville Parishes,
  including the following locations... Castor, Jamestown, Bienville
  and Lucky.
