  Northeastern Smith County in northeastern Texas...

* Until 1015 AM CDT.

* At 931 AM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Tyler, moving
  northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Emergency Management confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northeastern Smith County, including the following locations...
  Winona.
