Warning for the following river in Oklahoma...

  Glover River At Glover affecting McCurtain County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All 
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* Until Friday morning.
* At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 16 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Glover River is expected to rise above flood stage 
  early this Thursday afternoon to a crest of 17.0 feet shortly 
  after lunchtime around 1 pm this Thursday afternoon.  Expect the 
  river to then fall below flood stage by late this Thursday 
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, The Glover River is at flood stage with 
  minor flooding at its confluence with the Little River west of 
  Golden, Oklahoma.
