Warning for the following river in Oklahoma...Arkansas...

  Little River At Horatio affecting McCurtain, Sevier, Little River 
  and Howard Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All 
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* Flood Warning for
  the Little River At Horatio.
* From this evening to Saturday morning.
* At 8:00 AM CST Thursday the stage was 23.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 27 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  this Thursday evening to a crest of 27.2 feet by early Friday 
  morning.  It will then fall below flood stage early Friday 
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 27.0 feet, The golf course west of Haratio is cut off 
  from vehicle traffic by floodwaters.  A few hundred acres of 
  lowland flood both upstream and downstream from the highway 41 
  bridge.

  the Little River At Horatio.
* From late tonight to late Friday night.
* At 1:00 PM CST Thursday the stage was 25.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 27 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Little River will crest near the 27 foot flood 
  stage by early Friday morning.  Expect the river to stabilize at 
  two thirds to three quarter bankfull this upcoming weekend and 
  hold steady for several days next week due to reservoir releases 
  from Pine Creek and Broken Bow Lakes.
* Impact...At 27.0 feet, The golf course west of Haratio is cut off 
  from vehicle traffic by floodwaters.  A few hundred acres of 
  lowland flood both upstream and downstream from the highway 41 
  bridge.
