* WHERE...Portions of extreme north central Louisiana, southeast
  Oklahoma, southern Arkansas and extreme northeast Texas.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CDT Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and light freeze conditions may damage crops,
  other sensitive vegetation and possibly harm unprotected 
  outdoor pets or livestock.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This will be a light freeze for the
  counties and parishes mentioned. Protecting plants and pets will
  need consideration for this event, spotty occurrence of 32 or
  below is expected and will be reissuing this product when 
  colder weather sets into the four state area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This will only be a light freeze for mainly
  rural and outlying areas in the warning. Protecting plants and
  pets will need consideration for this event as spotty coverage
  of 32 degrees or below is expected.
