  Rusk County in northeastern Texas...
  Southern Smith County in northeastern Texas...

* Until 415 AM CDT.

* At 1213 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 
  2 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area through 415 AM, as 
  additional storms containing heavy rainfall continues to develop 
  over Henderson County and spread east southeast over the warned 
  area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

MORNING FOR NORTHERN CHEROKEE, RUSK AND SOUTHERN SMITH COUNTIES...

At 152 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 
and 6 inches of rain have fallen over the warned area since Sunday 
evening, with amounts of 6 to 7 inches recorded near Bullard along 
the Smith and Cherokee County line. Additional rainfall amounts up 
to 1 inch are possible in the warned area through 415 AM. Flash 
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
