heavy rain over much of San Diego County east of a line from
Ramona to Alpine. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly as thunderstorms moves west at 15 MPH.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

AFTERNOON FOR SOUTHEASTERN SAN DIEGO COUNTY...
At 319 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain continuing to move west across San Diego County. Heaviest rain
was occurring near Jamul. Radar indicated rainfall rates locally of
over one inch per hour, including over the Valley Fire burn scar.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
