* At 409 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles southeast of Wyandotte, or 16 miles southeast
  of Miami, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
