* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  this evening to a crest of 8.8 feet tomorrow morning. It will then 
  fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet, the RV Park on the west side of Roubidoux in 
  Waynesville just north of the Business 66 bridge floods. Spring 
  Road near I-44 floods.
