Warning for the following rivers in Missouri...

  Sac River near Caplinger Mills affecting Cedar County.

.Heavy rainfall over the past 24 hours will lead to the river rising 
above flood stage tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage early this 
  morning and crest near 17.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall 
  below flood stage late this evening to 9.8 feet. Additional minor 
  rises are expected after this evening, but the river will below 
  flood stage.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, minor Flooding occurs at the gage site.  
  The campground at Caplinger Mills floods.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Little Osage River at Fulton.
* At 1:31 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 24.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.9 feet 
  this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after 
  midnight tonight.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet, moderate flooding begins at the gage site.  
  Farmland at the gage site becomes covered by flood waters, and 
  Highway 31, east of town becomes flooded. Highway 31, four miles 
  west of Fulton has flood waters four to six feet in depth.
