* At 135 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

FOR WESTERN HICKORY, NORTHERN POLK AND SOUTHEASTERN ST. CLAIR
COUNTIES...
At 248 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that the thunderstorms that
produced heavy rain across the warned area had moved south of the
area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain fell with the earlier heavy
rainfall. Even though the heavy rain has ended runoff from the
earlier heavy rainfall will continue into early this evening. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
