PST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 5 
  below zero.

* WHERE...Lowlands of western Whatcom County, including Point 
  Roberts, Lummi Island, Bellingham, and Sumas.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Wind chills this cold can cause frostbite on exposed
  skin in as little as 30 minutes. Hypothermia is also a risk. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

* WHAT...Snow continued. Additional snow accumulations of up to 4 
  inches.

* WHERE...Cascade mountains Snohomish and King Counties,including 
  Stevens Pass, and Snoqualmie Pass.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow from the convergence zone is expected
  to remain over Snoqualmie Pass through tonight before moving
  southward.

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch
  under the convergence zone overnight.

* WHERE...Cascade mountains and valleys of Snohomish and King 
  Counties, including Darrington, Index, Skykomish, Stevens 
  Pass, and Snoqualmie Pass.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on winter travel conditions. Existing moisture on
  the roadways also will refreeze overnight, with possible icy 
  road conditions.
