  gusts up to 45 mph expected later tonight through mid afternoon
  on Thursday. For the High Wind Watch, west winds 25 to 40 mph
  with gusts up to 60 mph possible at times late Thursday 
  afternoon through Friday morning.

* WHERE...Admiralty Inlet Area.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 4 PM 
  PST Thursday. For the High Wind Watch, from Thursday afternoon 
  through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power 
  lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be
