At 152 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Woodlawn, or
near Galax, moving northeast at 15 mph. Another strong to possibly
severe storm was moving out of northeastern Alleghany county toward
Galax and southeastern Grayson county.

HAZARD...Quarter size hail.
