CENTRAL WILKES COUNTIES...
At 241 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area earlier. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding has likely already occured. Rainfall has
ended for the moment, but additional thunderstorms are developing
down direction and they could pass over the impacted area.
