...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern Kanawha
and southwestern Roane Counties through 645 PM EDT...

At 557 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Elkview, or 11 miles northeast of Charleston, moving northeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Sissonville, Amma, Left Hand, Looneyville, Harmony, Walton and
