The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern Carter County in northeastern Kentucky...

* Until 1045 PM EDT.

* At 1002 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Head of
  Grassy, or 7 miles northwest of Olive Hill, moving south at 30 mph.

  This is a very dangerous storm.

  HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect 
           considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles. 
           Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Olive Hill, Globe and Soldier. 

This includes Interstate 64 in Kentucky between mile markers 149 and
157.
