  North central Webster County in northeastern West Virginia...

* Until 430 PM EDT.

* At 401 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Holly River
  State Park, or 17 miles north of Webster Springs, moving southeast
  at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
