At 818 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen. Flash flooding has been observed along Route 3 between
Hamlin and Griffithsville.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
