* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
  Gusts to around 70 mph are likely along Wyoming Boulevard south
  of Casper.

* WHERE...Natrona County Lower Elevations.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM MST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Enhanced blowover risk risk
  for lightweight and high-profile vehicles, including campers and
  tractor trailers.

...HIGH WIND WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 5 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON...

The threat for high winds has diminished for the lower elevations
of Natrona County. Thus the High Wind Warning has been allowed to
expire. Some gusty winds are still expected to continue for the
next several hours, briefly gusting 30 to 40 mph, especially
around the Casper Outer Loop.
