* WHAT...Northwest wind 35 to 45 mph with gusts 60 to 65 mph.
  Higher gusts around 70 mph possible in the vicinity of Buffalo.
  Wind gusts of 65 mph have already been reported at the Johnson 
  County airport.

* WHERE...Lower elevations of Johnson County, particularly the 
  northern end of the county around Buffalo and along I-90.

* WHEN...From 9 AM to 6 PM MDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Possible damaging winds, which could blow down trees 
  and power lines. Travel could be difficult, especially for 
  high- profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northwest crosswind could create very 
  difficult travel conditions for high-profile vehicles 
  traveling I- 90 Monday. The strongest wind gusts will occur 
  during the late morning and early afternoon. Wind gusts south 
  of Reno Hill to the Natrona County line may only reach 45 to 
  55 mph.
