noon to 11 PM PDT Tuesday. A Red Flag Warning has also been
issued from noon to 11 PM PDT Wednesday.

* CHANGES...Extended Red Flag Warnings into Tuesday and Wednesday.

* Affected Area...Fire Zone 274 Southern Mono County, Fire Zone 
  421 Southern Sierra Front including Alpine, Northern Mono, 
  Southern Lyon, and Western Mineral Counties and Fire Zone 429 
  Lahontan Basin including Churchill and Eastern Mineral 
  Counties.

* Winds...Each afternoon and evening: West to Southwest 15 to 25
  mph with gusts 30 to 40 mph. Gusts up to 45 mph for wind prone
  areas. Winds will be more southerly on Wednesday.

* Humidity...8 to 15 percent in western Nevada...10 to 20 percent
  in the Eastern Sierra.
