* From late tonight to Tuesday afternoon.
* At 7:00 PM EST Sunday the stage was 33.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage just after
midnight tonight to 36.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will
then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning to 24.3 feet and begin
rising again early Thursday morning. It will rise to 26.4 feet
early Friday afternoon. It will then fall again and remain below
flood stage.
* Impact...At 32.0 feet, Action Stage. Banks begin to overflow.
* Impact...At 35.0 feet, Flood stage. The boat ramp and lower
parking lot at Riverside Bait and Tackle off Person Street are
flooded. The stage and lower seating area at the Cape Fear
