and 3 inches of rain have fallen, the heaviest between Holly Springs
and RTP. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. RDU
International Airport has had 2.9 inches of rain as of 640 AM.
Walnut Creek in Cary is currently out of its banks in several
locations.
