  Wilson County in central North Carolina...

* Until 515 AM EDT.

* At 218 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

MORNING FOR NORTHEASTERN JOHNSTON, NORTHEASTERN WAYNE AND WILSON 
COUNTIES...

At 332 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have 
fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing. The heaviest rain continues to 
move slowly to the south and east into Wayne and Sampson counties.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
