  Northeastern Las Animas County in southeastern Colorado...
  Southwestern Bent County in southeastern Colorado...

* Until 245 PM MDT.

* At 204 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles south of
  Higbee, or 28 miles south of North La Junta, moving northeast at 25
  mph.

  HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect 
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of

FOR SOUTHEASTERN OTERO...NORTHEASTERN LAS ANIMAS AND SOUTHWESTERN
BENT COUNTIES...

At 218 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 15 miles south of
Higbee, or 29 miles south of North La Junta, moving northeast at 15
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
