UNTIL 545 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR CENTRAL HUERFANO COUNTY...
At 253 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain over the Spring Burn Scar. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow
moving through Middle Creek, South Abeyta Creek and North Abeyta
Creek. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and
other loose materials.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding in and around the Spring Burn Scar.

fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow
moving through the Middle Creek, South Abeyta Creek and North Abeyta
Creek. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and
other loose materials.

thunderstorms have moved off the Spring Burn Scar. Radar estimated
between 1 and 2 inches of rain along with hail has fallen. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
Excessive rainfall over the burn scar may result in debris flow
moving through the Middle Creek, South Abeyta Creek and North Abeyta
Creek. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and
other loose materials.
